Dharna YOGA teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga, with regular classes held in Montopon-Ménestérol, Eymet, Duras and the surrounding areas. More locations in Dordogne are possible - so please ask!

We teach groups, individuals, team building sessions and all other kinds of events. Beginners, intermediate and advanced students are all welcome.

  Dharna has been practicing yoga since 2003 and is a fully qualified Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga Teacher - Registered 'RYT 200 Yoga Teacher' through the 'Yoga Alliance' and 'It's Yoga' by the 'Yoga People' in Goa, India.
