Enfants D’Azur – Introductory FREE* Business Listing Offer Terms and Conditions

This offer (the “Introductory FREE* Business Listing Trial Offer”), which is made to you by Enfants D’Azur (as defined in the Enfants D’Azur Terms and Conditions of Use), entitles your company to enjoy “Premium listing status” (as defined in the Enfants D’Azur Terms and Conditions of Use) free of cost for a period of six (6) months from the moment that you submit your company details. Such trial period will be referred to as the “Introductory FREE* Business Listing Trial Period”. By submitting your company details to the Enfants D’Azur website,  (i) you accept the Introductory Trial Offer, (ii) consent to us using your payment details in accordance with our Privacy Policy, (iii) acknowledge and agree to the Enfants D’Azur Terms and Conditions of Use and these Introductory FREE* Business Listing Trial offer terms and conditions. You can cancel at any time by contacting businesslistings@enfantsdazur.com

Following this period, if you would like to retain the Enfants D’Azur”Premium listing status”, you will be charged the regular advertised Premium monthly price to maintain your “premium listing status”. You will need to provide us with your payment information; you will  automatically be charged the Enfants D’Azur “Premium listing status” subscription fee each month, until you cancel your Premium listing status subscription. Please contact us prior to the end of your Introductory FREE* Business Listing Trial Period to confirm if you would like to retain or renounce your listing status.

There are no refunds or credits for partial monthly subscriptions. If Enfants D’Azur increases the monthly fee in the future, we will provide you notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. By continuing to use the Enfants D’Azur Service after the price change takes effect, you accept the new price.

You may only use this Introductory Trial Offer once. If you have subscribed to the Premium or Standard service or have taken a free trial offer previously, you are ineligible for this Introductory Trial Offer. You may also be ineligible for this Introductory Trial Offer if you have taken other previous trial offers offered by Enfants D’Azur in the past. Most standard Credit Cards and Carte Bleue can be used as a valid payment method for all Enfants D’Azur subscriptions via our online secure payment gateway.

If you decide that you do not want to retain your “premium listing status” at the end of the “Introductory FREE* Business Listing Trial Period. No worries, your account will simply be automatically downgraded to a “standard Listing” and the additional details will be removed from your listing. See what is included in each listing below:

A limited number of Introductory FREE* Business Listing Trial Period offers are available, while supplies last. This Introductory Trial Offer expires and must be redeemed before the date advertised. Enfants D’Azur reserves the right to earlier terminate this Introductory FREE* Business Listing Trial offer at any time and for any reason. After such time of termination, Enfants D’Azur shall not be obligated to redeem any further Introductory FREE* Business Listing Trials.
